Refund policy
Notification and Return Period:
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item. Once your return is approved by our returns team, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to the provided address. Returns received after this period will not be refunded.
Condition of Returns:
Returned items must be complete, unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. If items require repackaging, we reserve the right to deduct a repackaging fee of up to 50% from your refund.
Reproductions and Colour Variations:
Many of our products are reproductions and are professionally distressed and aged to achieve an authentic look. Imperfections and fading are intentional design features and not considered defects. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in lighting conditions. Please also note a number of our products are made from natural materials. These are subject to colour variation by their nature,
Assembly Instructions:
For goods requiring assembly, ensure you check all parts and instructions before installation. Products must be assembled according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. We cannot refund items that are incorrectly assembled, nor can we be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper installation. We strongly recommend hiring qualified tradesman for assembly and installation.
Transit Damage and Insurance:
If you arrange your own courier for the return, we are not responsible for transit damage. To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing transit insurance. All returned items undergo quality control checks before refunds are issued.
Quality Checks and Transit Damage:
We perform thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
Checking Items on Delivery:
We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please return the item with the delivery company and, if possible, sign for the item as damaged.
Reporting Damages:
If damage is not immediately noticeable at delivery, you have an additional 24 hours to notify us. Please complete our returns form within this period so we can assist you promptly.
Where possible we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include:

Sending a furniture repair specialist to fix the item on-site,

Issuing a partial refund, or

Arranging a free collection of the damaged goods.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability).
Before Returning Items:
Ensure that you have completed our returns form and received return approval before proceeding. Items returned without an accepted returns form will not be processed.

Organising and covering the cost of third-party couriers if required.

Returning items to Skandi London Limited in an unused, originally packaged, and undamaged condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
